The Bills' recent acquisition of wide receiver D.J. Moore, of course, gives quarterback Josh Allen a legitimate weapon at the position; something the offense has desperately needed. And, after trading for the former Chicago Bears wideout, the Bills have now made a move in regards to his contract.
